If you have a long appointment its a good idea to bring snacks and hydration. If you forget we usually have a small selection on hand.

Try to be 5 to 10 minutes early. While we can make it work if you are running right on the minute or a few minutes late. Showing up early allows you to take your time selecting jewelry and prepareing for your appointment.

How do I prepare for my appointment?
Before your appointment
1. Eat Well
Consume a balanced meal within 90 minutes before your appointment to maintain stable blood sugar levels.
2. Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water leading up to your appointment to keep your body well-hydrated.
3. Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine
Refrain from consuming alcohol and caffeine at least 24 hours before your appointment, as they can thin your blood and affect the procedure.
4. Get Adequate Sleep
Ensure you have a good night's rest prior to your appointment to help your body handle the procedure and aid in healing.

Opt for comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed or pierced.

Avoid wearing jewelry or accessories near the procedure site.

Make sure hair is pulled back when possible from the piercing site

If you have facial hair and you want a lip piercing shaving may be required to make sure the piercing is properly placed.
